2. Personal Data We Collect
The data we collect depends on how you interact with Longevity Lens:
• Account Information: Email address, name, physical address, and payment information provided during registration to fulfill our agreement.
• Microphone Data: Audio is captured only when you actively select the microphone icon for speech-to-text; it is processed and discarded immediately.
• Text Input: Collected only to perform the requested nutritional analysis.
• Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, time zone, and anonymised crash reports to maintain performance.
3. The "Zero-Storage" Data Model
Longevity Lens prioritises data sovereignty:
• In-Flight Processing: All text and voice data are processed "in-flight," meaning they are transmitted to our partner, transformed, and returned in real-time.
• No Retention of Content: FlowSoft does not store your text passages, audio, or rewritten outputs. Once the session ends, this data is deleted from active memory.
4. AI Processing & International Transfers
Longevity Lens utilises the Google Gemini API (enterprise-grade) for processing.
• No AI Training: Our partners are prohibited from using your data to train global AI models.
• Geographic Transparency: While data is processed via Google’s secure endpoints, FlowSoft ensures all international transfers comply with laws to protect your data. Transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, maintaining a high level of protection regardless of storage location.
5. Children and Personal Data
Longevity Lens is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without verifiable parental consent. If we learn such data has been collected without authorisation, it will be deleted immediately.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, such as account management or legal obligations. We work to retain data for the shortest possible period permissible under law. While writing content is never stored, account-related data is deleted upon user request, unless required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
7. Cookies and Other Technologies
We use cookies to understand user behavior and facilitate security. These are categorised as:
• Strictly Necessary: Required for transactions and account authentication.
• Other: Used to understand how visitors interact with our services and to provide a customised experience. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings, though some features may become unavailable.
